Brian Hofstetter, Owner/Operator/First Mate: Brian's background is in film, technology and business. He has loved boats for his entire life and spent a lot of time on them recreationally. Since making his hobby a career by acquiring the Sacajawea, he has undergone what is certainly one of the world's biggest learning curves! Brian has been present for all the upgrades and charters of the vessel and is the heart of our team. He deeply understands all aspects of operation, navigation, engineering, business matters, client care and the historical significance of the Sacajawea.
